Low-maintenance product
Following the policy of fit & forget, Jumac cans are low on maintenance , especially the caster wheels which are designed in such a manner which leads to minimum ingress & accumulation of dust & fluff in the working area of the wheel , thus keeping it rolling for longer periods. Spares are made of premium quality material (SS 304 grade), Body sheet are 100% virgin made from world class granules under strict quality control , springs are made with minimum human involvement making it sensitive to even small yarn movements.

Spread out over an area of 35,000 sq ft at a single location, JUMAC is proud of it’s infrastructure with the latest of machines installed including a 750 MT Hydraulic Press to press it’s spares , the best in class WEGNER (German) made HDPE Sheet Welding machine , a ZERO involvement spring coiling Machine with 99.6% accuracy , a GAS based hardening & tempering chamber to temper the springs . Above all, with a core team of more than 120 people including workers & engineers and professionals, JUMAC is able to cater to all the segments on time & every time.
