In the recently concluded franchise of ITMA 2019 at Barcelona<\/a>, Jumac Manufacturing made its maiden appearance with a buzz. Jumac has been in the manufacturing of Cans since 1974. Once a pioneer in the aluminium cans manufacturing for the jute industry, Jumac was one of the earlier players to introduce HDPE Sliver Cans for the Textile industry. Today Jumac is one of the major brands in Spinning Cans from India, exporting to 16 countries globally. Here is a quick chat of their experience at ITMA.<\/span><\/p>\n

The first question, why at ITMA?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Well, Jumac Manufacturing<\/a> is one of the pioneers in the Spinning Can industry in the Indian Domestic market. Over the last 10 years, we have concentrated on our exports and have successfully placed our products in emerging markets like Vietnam, Uzbekistan, Indonesia, Turkey, Egypt, Bangladesh, Pakistan and more. We have closely watched the demands of the international market and have worked on our product to be truly world-class. It was time to go all out aggressively on the global stage. Participation at ITMA 2019 was just the first step.<\/span><\/p>\n

How was the experience at ITMA 2019?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

ITMA is the largest event globally for the Textile industry. Spinning mill owners from the world visit ITMA. Because it was our maiden appearance, our focus was to let the global industry be aware of our brand. We had hundreds of spinning mill owners walk into our stall to experience our products. This also included our existing customers, some of whom we had never met before. Also, we went through the fair to get acquainted about the Industry, other players, OEMs and what are the new trends coming up in the industry globally. Overall, it was a great experience for Jumac. But this is just a part of a huge exercise.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
